The Waller Bulldog baseball team was recognized at the June 14 Waller ISD School Board meeting for advancing to the playoffs for the second year in a row. Several Bulldogs were also recognized for receiving 18-4A District Honors. District Honors are as follows: 1st Team All-District: Parker Edmonds – infield; 2^nd Team All-District: Eric Huffman – outfield, Miller Pierce – infield, Zack Bellinger – infield, Trent Rape – pitcher, Jacob Wendt – outfield; Honorable Mention All-District: Tyler Bain – catcher; Academic All-State: Bain, Edmonds, Pierce and Scott McLeod. Edmonds and Pierce were selected to be part of the Greater Houston Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Team.
