Magnolia Baseball Tournament

magnolia baseball - b The Magnolia Baseball Association held a tournament on Dec. 4 and 5 with 31 teams in attendance playing 58 games. Trophies were awarded for first, second and third place teams. First place went to the Cy-Fair Vipers (right) and second place went to the Houston Outlawz (left). The Houston Tex-Mex team won third place. Others teams that participated in the tournament were Montgomery, Magnolia, Texas City, Spring, Katy, The Woodlands, Humble, Crosby, Lumberton, La Porte and Pasadena. All proceeds from the tournament went to Society of Samaritans to help provide Christmas toys for children.
