Waller's Bell signs with West Point

bell signing Waller High School Senior DeAndre Bell signed a national letter of intent to play quarterback for the United States Military Academy at West Point. Bell plans to attend the United States Military Academy Prep School in July.  Bell played quarterback on the Bulldog football team and has played the position since eighth grade. He was named 17-4A Academic All-State in varsity football last school year for having a minimum of a 92 average or above in academics during his high school years. Bell is also on the Waller High School varsity basketball and track teams. Pictured, family and coaches join Bell (center) as he signs his scholarship offer.
