Waller volleyball standout signs with UT-Tyler |
|
Waller High School senior volleyball player Emily Wood signed a letter of intent to play at and attend the University of Texas at Tyler. Wood plans on studying Biology and hopes to expand her studies to pursue pre-veterinarian studies. Wood started playing volleyball as a hitter in junior high and progressed to setter until she made the varsity team at Waller. She strengthened her volleyball skill level over the years playing club volleyball for three years for various teams in the Houston area and attended defensive training volleyball camps.
