Wrestling is coming to Tomball Night. On Friday, Aug. 5, the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce will present its 39th annual Tomball Night — an evening with live music, children's activities, drawings, door prizes, raffles,  cash give-aways and now, wrestling.

“We are so excited to add A.n.D. Wrestling to our family-oriented entertainment at Tomball Night,” Mary Harvey, Tomball Night Chair and Granny’s Korner owner said. “This event will be in the HEB parking lot where many fans can be accommodated.”

Although A.n.D. Wrestling stands for Attack ‘n Destroy Wrestling, its name is all about the label while the product is all about the family. Founded in 2010, A.n.D. Wrestling focuses on family audiences by featuring independent Texas wrestlers. A.n.D. Wrestling routinely hosts shows at the Champions Life Centre Church in Spring.

“We started with the goal in mind of offering clean, family fun,” Chris Crouch of A.n.D. Wrestling said. “We take it to heart and continue to showcase athleticism and comedy with some of the best pro wrestling matches in the area.”

Fast Eddie and Kris Kronie will be on hand for Tomball Night in matches that begin at 7 p.m. and go until 9 p.m. in the HEB parking lot. Admission to Tomball Night and the A.n.D. Wrestling matches is free.

Tomball Night activities including live music, food, children’s activities and more begins at 5 p.m. when businesses stay open late offering special sales throughout the evening. Tomball Night patrons who correctly identify one of ten roaming Mystery Shoppers will receive a $100 bill — look for clues in the Tomball Night poem published the first week in August. Just after dark the much-anticipated Parade of Lights will be on Main Street.
